We want to emerge as a pioneer in knowledge and technology driven, inspirational, scalable and internationally acclaimed organization.

Children Are The Future, Nurture Them To Be The Future Of Nation
It is really pity when knowing that India is the home to the largest number of child labourers in the world. There is a significant increase in the number of child labourers which has crossed 14 millions. Poverty and lack of social well-being are the major causes of child labour.
There are various nutrition problems that the children of India are facing, may it be malnutrition, under-nutrition, over-nutrition, imbalance, deficiencies, and many more. Various factors such as unhealthy environment, improper food and nutrients etc., lead to nutrition problems. In India, 44% of children under the age of 5 are underweight.
About 40% of India's population is below the age group of 18 years, which is around 500 million, the world's largest child population. Approximately 45 million children between ages 6 and 14 years do not go to school. Of these, 53% of girls in the age group of 5 to 9 years are illiterate. Only education can remove illiteracy and make perceptive, valued for, self-reliant.
India has the highest number of child brides in the world. It is estimated that approximately 27% of girls in India are married before they are 18. Around 80% of illiterate children married before 10 years are girls. Nearly 44% married children below 10 years were illiterate, 80% of them female, that shows how education levels correlate with early marriage.
Gender inequality is an age-old social issue. In many parts, the birth of a girl child is not welcomed. Also, the discrimination starts before the birth and sometimes she is killed as a foetus. For these reasons, the child sex ratio for every 1000 boys is only 908 girls in India. For countless reasons, girls across India are forced to drop out of school.
There are innumerable reasons that encompasses child trafficking, with the major being poverty. In India, massive child trafficking happens for various reasons such as sexual exploitation, begging, involuntary domestic servitude, forced child labor, illegal activities so on and so forth.

We Believe in
Winzir Foundation believes that unless members of the civil society are involved pro-actively in the process of development, sustainable change will not happen. We encourage and invite volunteers to be an active part of our organization and share the same vision and purpose as us – to work for the welfare of children. Volunteers are the backbone of every organization – they not only carry the organization’s ideals within them, but also spread the message far and beyond, sensitizing the society towards the cause.Join Us Now
